THE BIG ONE for San Diego. We bring everything all the Military Aircraft and Vehicles. Currently bringing the Mig21, L-29, and T-28 and the C-45; Call me if you want to ride over in one of the planes.
Plan on Wednesday night (2 Oct) meet at hangar at 6 pm to load / prep Army Trucks and shuttle Mig21, and Army Vehicles over. Drivers welcome!
Thursday am, fly T-28 (0830 arrival) and then L-29 (1045 arrival) and C-45 at 1730. Party THU and FRI night at the Miramar O Club.
Fri - Sun we need volunteers for Mig21 Cockpit Photo Booth. We will shuttle over each am at 0700 if you want a ride and then back to Gillespie when the show ends. Contact Jim O (858) 414 6258 for a ride.
Glen Elliot's Off Road and Camping Extravaganze. Lots of fun over the weekend traversing terrain the Military Vehicles were designed for. We will miss it for the SDSU Memorial

5 DEC North Park Toyland Parade (11-12pm)
Followed by a BBQ at the ABC Locksmith Shop. Glen Elliott has this one all set up each year for us.
13 DEC Pacific Beach Holiday Parade (1pm - 4pm)
We will be registered under SDMVCC. All Vehicles In The Parade enter the main gate at Ingram and Felspar. Please line up in size order facing West. See SDMVCC Yahoo site for map info. Typically Dave Pierce, Glen Elliot, Jim O, Woody participate in this parade.

16 JAN: Monster Truck Night (Qualcomm Stadium) 7pm
Can't miss the Monster Truck Jam at the "Q". Loads of Pickup Trucks, Gun Racks, and Noise! We meet at Fillippis Pizza on Friars Road at 4:30pm for a group pizza bash, then off to the Q for Monster Jam!
Glen Elliot is the POC. Parade usually starts at 10 - 11am and runs up / down 5th and 6th Ave in Balboa Park (West of the 163). The green Military Vehicles fit right in! We will be in Yuma, so we will miss this year's parade.
